Remove the contents to prep for growing

Place a soil disc in each of the 5 growing cups.

Add approx. 1/3 cup of water to the grow cup (ensure that the soil disc is in the cup).  

Stir/Mix the water into the soil puck until all of the water is absorbed. Gently mix and fluff up the soil until it's just below the top of the cup.

Add the microgreen seeds to the soil in the corresponding grow cup and gently cover them with a thin layer of soil.

Next place your grow cups in a bright sunny area, mist & water occasionally and within 2 weeks you'll have a variety of fresh organic homegrown microgreens.
