🌿 Refund & Return Policy

At GiftaGreen we want every customer to love what they ordered! Because our greeting cards are unique, made-to-order, and often contain perishable or personalized items (such as seeds, soil pouches, or custom messages), our refund policy is a little different from most retail stores.

🛒 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

💌 Refunds & Replacements

We happily offer refunds or replacements if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
Includes damage to packaging, seed pouches, or printed cards caused during shipping.

The wrong item was received
You received a different design, message, or product than ordered.

The order was lost in transit or never delivered
If tracking shows no delivery confirmation after the expected timeframe, we will resend or refund.

A return was pre-approved by customer service
Any exception authorized by our team in writing (e.g., late shipments, special cases).

You are not satisfied with your purchase
The product did not meet your expectations or you no longer wish to purchase

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@giftagreen.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description, and if applicable, a photo of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

🌱 Non-Refundable Items

Because our greeting cards contain live seeds and are custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cards/pouches

  • Personalized or custom messages

  • Products damaged after delivery

💵 Refund Process

Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
