Shipping policy

At GiftaGreen, we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in great condition! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped and what to expect once it's on its way.


🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.
  • During busy seasons (such as holidays or fundraising campaigns), processing times may take slightly longer.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped — if applicable.

📦 Shipping Rates

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

  • 1–2 greeting cards: Choose between Free Lettermail (no tracking, 7–10 business days) or Expedited Tracked Shipping for $19.99 (3–5 business days).
  • 3 or more items (any combination of cards and gift boxes): Free Expedited Tracked Shipping automatically applied at checkout.
  • 1–2 gift boxes: $19.99 Expedited Tracked Shipping.
  • USA orders: $19.99 Expedited Tracked Shipping (5–7 business days). Free shipping applies on qualifying orders of 3 or more items.

💌 Delivery

  • We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or other reputable carriers depending on your region.
  • Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Please note: Lettermail orders (free option for 1–2 cards) do not include tracking. If you require tracking, please select the Expedited option at checkout.

🏫 Fundraising & Group Orders

  • Orders are shipped in bulk to the fundraiser organizer for local distribution.
  • Delivery timelines are coordinated with the organizer and may differ from standard retail timelines.
  • Individual tracking is not available for group orders.

🌱 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@giftagreen.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement when appropriate. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) to help us process your request quickly.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States only. If you are located outside these regions and wish to place a large or corporate order, please contact info@giftagreen.com — we're happy to discuss custom shipping options.


🕐 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. Note that Lettermail orders (free option for 1–2 greeting cards) do not include tracking.
